How we work

Step 1 — Discovery & Alignment

We begin with an in-depth conversation to understand your editorial vision, strategic goals, target audience, and production constraints.
This phase ensures creative, narrative, and business alignment from the start.

Deliverables

  • Creative alignment

  • Scope definition

  • Initial roadmap

Step 2 — Concept Validation & Series Bible (POC)

We present a short-form Series Bible (Proof of Concept), including the core premise, universe, characters, long-term arc, and positioning.
At this stage, a formal proposal, budget estimate, and preliminary contractual framework are established.

Deliverables

  • Short Series Bible (POC)

  • Budget & timeline

  • Pre-contractual agreement

  • Defined scope of work

Step 3 — Full Series Development

Once the concept is validated, we enter the full series development phase.
This stage is governed by a formal development agreement defining scope, deliverables, milestones, and validation criteria.

We develop the complete Series Bible, covering the full narrative architecture: seasons, episodes, key sequences, and thematic arcs.
All development follows industry standards and professional writers’ workflows.

Professional framework

  • Formal development contract

  • Detailed scope of work and specifications

  • Defined milestones and validation checkpoints

  • Structured governance and reporting process

Deliverables

  • Full Series Bible

  • Episode breakdowns

  • Narrative architecture

  • Production-ready documentation

Step 4 — Scriptwriting & Delivery

Based on the agreed scope, we proceed with scriptwriting, delivering pilot scripts or full episode scripts.
This phase operates within a clearly defined contractual framework, including delivery schedules, review cycles, and change management procedures.

Scripts are written using industry-standard tools and formats, and developed through structured feedback loops to ensure creative and editorial alignment.

Professional framework

  • Scriptwriting agreement with defined milestones

  • Editorial review and validation process

  • Change request and revision management

  • Ongoing project steering and coordination

Deliverables

  • Pilot episode or selected scripts

  • Industry-standard formatting

  • Final validated delivery within agreed timelines

What Sets Us Apart

  • All our projects are fully conceived from the outset (long-term arcs already exist)

  • Fast, structured development cycles

  • Strong bridge between creative storytelling and real-world leadership experience
